We accept both Self-Pay and In-Network Insurances (see below). Virtual services are provided state-wide in both Illinois and Florida.

Please Note:
For patients needing controlled substances (ie: ADHD stimulant medication) an in-person visit is required on the second visit to be prescribed controlled substances. After becoming an established patient, at least one in-person visit each year is needed to keep receiving treatment.

Self Pay (Out of Network)

Self Pay Pricing

Clear, upfront pricing for patients who are out of network* or without insurance. You'll always know exactly what a visit costs before you book, no surprise bills, no insurance back and forth.

Self Pay Advantages

Paying directly gives you more control over your care, not less. Every decision is based on what you actually need, not what a policy allows, and your diagnosis and treatment details stay between us, never submitted to an insurance company or added to a record a future employer or insurer could later access. There's no prior authorization to wait on, and in most cases we can get you on the calendar faster too.

For many patients who are generally healthy and mainly seeing a psychiatrist rather than using insurance for other care, self pay can also work out cheaper overall. Once you factor in monthly premiums, deductibles, and copays, a high premium plan can easily cost more across the year than paying directly for a handful of visits, especially if psychiatric care is the main service you're using your insurance for.

Child & Adolescent Visits Require More Expertise, Training and Time

A child or teen's full story rarely comes from one person in one room. A thorough evaluation means real time with you as the parent, real time with your child, and a careful look at school history, development, and family relationships that shape how they're actually doing. Much of that work also continues outside the appointment, from reviewing teacher rating scales, report cards, and prior testing to coordinating with schools, therapists, and pediatricians. That depth of specialty training, time, and behind the scenes coordination is what the child and adolescent rate reflects

Out of Pocket (Self-Pay) Pricing:

New Patient Evaluation (~60 min)
Adults = $600
Children = $750

Return Visit (~30 min)
Adults = $350
Children = $425

*At this time we are not providing Superbills to out-of-network insurances

All new patient visits are conducted virtually, unless prior arrangements were made with clinician directly. If you’re interested in an in-person visit, please discuss and schedule it directly with your clinician.
